My name is Tamira Moncur and I am a native of Tampa Florida. I moved to atlanta in 1993 and have loved Atlanta ever since. I have 2 children, an 8 year old and a 3 year old. Motherhood is wonderful and so is teaching. This is my second year at NCS and I am
excited because I know this year will be spectacular.
My hobbies include reading, eating, eating and
