| PAID RELATED ARTS SUBSTITUTES NEEDED (Click here to download the form in PDF format.) In order for related arts classes NOT to be cancelled when those teachers are out, we need to create a pool of enthusiastic, talented (optional) available people from which to draw from on days we need RELATED ARTS substitutes.
- You would receive either volunteer hours or be paid $10.00 per hour (your choice)
- You would be placed on an on-call list with right of refusal
- It could be for one day or could be for several days together
- Some days are scheduled in advance and others you would be called for on the day needed
- You have the option to choose the Related Arts areas of interest
- You should have the ability to handle 20+ children without an associate teacher
- You do not have to “jump into” a curriculum. You would have the freedom to be creative
- You will be subject to a background check as required by the Atlanta School board for all ‘teachers’
- It would be preferable for you to come into class PRIOR to substituting
