Misbehavior that requires immediate intervention by the staff member who is supervising the student or observes the misbehavior:

| Repeated Violations of Level One Misbehaviors | Principal is Notified and Meets with the Student (s) and teacher | Reprimand from the Principal |
| Showing Disrespect to others in Word and/or Gesture/ Defiance | Teacher prepares a written discipline report | Referral to Behavior Action Team (BAT) |
| Loitering in Unauthorized Areas of the School Building/ Grounds | Principal with teacher determines appropriate discipline response. | Removal from Extra-Curricular Activities and/or Off-Campus Activities |
