The
primary objective of NCS is to develop each student's potential for learning
and to foster positive interpersonal relationships. If this is to be accomplished, it is necessary that the
school environment be free of disruptions, which will interfere with teaching
and learning activities. The student's conduct determines to a great extent,
the full development of the potential for learning and the development of
positive relationships. NCS will
expect the following conduct from all students.

will treat everyone with courtesy and respect;

Students
will treat personal and school property with respect;
3.
Students
will create and maintain a positive and safe environment;
4.
Students
will come to school prepared for learning; and
5.
Students
will act responsibly and accept consequences for their actions.
NCS will
strive to maintain a positive, safe and encouraging learning environment. If any member of our school
community chooses to disregard the conduct referenced above, one or more of the
following disciplinary consequences will be provided.
